Sunday July 15 at New Berlin Chamber of Commerce / Mid-Summer Cycling Classic the temperature soared to 100 degrees during the race. Mike McKenna got into a break of about 15 riders. Lap by lap the break lost a rider or two to the pace and the heat during the race. On the last lap a late attacked separated the remaining riders and McKenna placed 7th. More racing to come this week as Superweek continues it’s race series on Wisconsin soil.
